Mermaidman and Barnicleboy- SpongeBob
This, of course, started out as a show that SpongeBob would watch before Mermaidman and Barnicleboy became recurring characters. Unfortunately, I can't find a clip from the original episode of the MM and BB show so you'll have to use your imagination.
